KRM Perspective respects your privacy and ensures that the personal information you provide us remains confidential. In this privacy statement you can read which data we collect when you use our services and/or products, why we collect this data and what we do with it. We also tell you what your rights are, who has access to your data and how long we store your data. Processing purposes and retention period
KRM Perspective collects and processes your data for the purposes you will find below. We use both data that you provide to us and data that we collect ourselves (for example about your visit to our website). We store personal data for the time necessary to achieve the goal, or for the time prescribed by law (e.g. retention obligation for accounting documents).

Communication, Executing ICT Services
To execute your order, we need your name, e-mail address, address, payment details and sometimes also your telephone number. This allows us to keep our ICT services and you informed of the progress. The law requires us to store the data about your order for 7 years.

Legal grounds for processing
KRM Perspective processes personal data on the basis of the following legal grounds:
consent (e.g. sending newsletters and invitations; collecting sensitive data)
necessary for the execution of an agreement
necessary to comply with a legal obligation
necessary for the promotion of our legitimate interest in doing business

When the processing of personal data is based on the legal basis of consent, you always have the right to withdraw the given consent for the future.

Transfer to third parties
KRM Perspective does not sell your personal data to third parties. However, we do share your data internally with our employees (employed or self-employed). Furthermore, we only share your data with third parties for:
the performance of the service provision
the maintenance of the website environment
the maintenance of the IT infrastructure
the maintenance (and distribution) of newsletters and invitations

Our employees and the third parties we engage are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data. We guarantee that they have taken the necessary security measures to this end.

We only share your personal data with suppliers within the European Economic Area.
